New Clients

If you’re new here, this is where you start.  Along with the initial assessment to get you established as a client, you will commit to working together for 3 or 6 months.  Your body takes time to adjust to changes being made, making it important to really commit to the process.

Discovery Call

This is a quick 30 minute call to allow us to get to know each other, discuss your health goals, and decide if we are a good fit.  

Simply reach out to me through my contact form.  I will send you a questionnaire to better understand your current situation, which we will review together during our call.

Initial Assessment

Start the road to taking control of your health.  This includes all onboarding and intake information needed and initial recommendations to get you established as a client and begin your health journey.

 

3 Month Plan

Work 1:1 for 3 months.  Recommendations and protocols will be updated throughout our weekly meetings. 

 

6 Month Plan

The same as the 3-month plan, just extended to include more 1:1 time to address your needs and further dig into what will help you thrive.

Established Clients

Monthly Follow-ups

These monthly follow-ups allow us to check-in on progress being made towards your goals.  We will make any adjustments to your protocol and personalized plan that are needed.  These are available in packages or individual sessions.

Tune-Up

So, it’s been a few months since we have met.  Maybe you’ve drifted away from your protocol or you just feel like your body has changed and you need a some guidance.  This tune-up package is for you.  This includes updating onboarding and health questionnaire

What is Nutrition Therapy?

Nutrition therapy uses a food-first approach to address the root-cause of your symptoms.  Using the information and data gathered, I will pinpoint what is out of balance and develop protocols to heal from the ground up.  Protocols include food, lifestyle, and sometimes supplementation.

Do you see clients in-person or virtually?

Either!  I meet most clients virtually, but if you are in the Greensboro, NC area just let me know and we can meet in person.

What education do you have?

I am trained and certified through the Nutrition Therapy Association.

Do you offer payment plans?

I am happy to work with you to help your path to thrive a success.  Reach out and we can discuss payment plan options!
