Hi, I’m Hannah.
I’m Hannah – Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I’m also a dance teacher, mom, dog mom, and food lover. I am a home cook through and through – my knifework isn’t precise, I will lick the beaters every time I bake a cake, and I definitely dance as I stir and sizzle.
My journey with food and it’s healing powers started when I had my son. I started down the road of using food to support breastmilk production and food to support his growing body. I continued to enjoy cooking and dreaming of homesteading one day. Then my husband suddenly developed a major wheat allergy and our lives shifted dramatically as we suddenly had to be mindful of an ingredient that seems to be in everything. I wanted to learn everything I could about not only why this may have happened but also how I could feed us gluten free meals that still taste amazing. That’s when I realized that this was my passion – this desire to discover and share how food can help us heal and thrive. My husband’s allergy is still there, it could be years of protocol work to potentially eat wheat again, but if that never happens, at least we are eating delicious food and feeding our bodies with the most powerful medicine that nature can provide.
I love food, but what I love even more is how food can nourish our bodies and how it can help us to thrive. I also recognize that life is crazy and sometimes – okay, a lot of the time – we get stuck in a cycle of not feeding our bodies in a way that our bodies are asking to be fed.

Philosophy
Let food be thy medicine.
We live in a fast-paced world that has made us impatient and resistant to slowing down. We have busy-schedules, unrealistic body expectations, and highly-accessible nutrient-poor foods. Food has so easily become an after-thought, and in many cases a burden. Taking the time to slow down and develop a connection with our food is something that I believe is the first step towards nourishing our bodies (and our souls).
I am truly enamoured with the human connection to food. I think the act of choosing your food and preparing it can be one of love. The first bites into a meal that you know is supporting your body is truly sensational. This connection is one that I hope to share with and strengthen in others.

I develop food, lifestyle, and supplemental protocols tailored to your body and health goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
